A woman was assaulted by Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club owner Bill Urseth in March of 2017. The assault happened directly in front of a Scott County sheriff's deputy, and is documented by multiple video cameras. Nevertheless, the deputy does not arrest the assailant.
A month later, Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar declares that he will file no charges. When repeatedly asked to explain his inaction, Hocevar refuses to respond.
Does the wealth of assailant Bill Urseth have anything to do with this getting away with criminal behavior?
